Returns: Our products are meant to work with a system. Our system works when the procedures are followed. We will replace product if defective within 90 days of original purchase. To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: Email your return request with photos of the damaged item and the packaging if damaged in shipment to: sales@EzMatPatch.com An RO# and a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the return shipping label and the RO. Ship using the return label provided. Include a copy of the RO inside the box. Once your return is received, we will review items within 2 business days. If product is determined to be defective, a replacement will be shipped to you.
