Approx. 12 months. Refrigerate adhesive to extend its life.
About 20-25' from the 1.5" roll of patch material.
Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to completely cure.
At the earliest opportunity. Don't give the tear time to get bigger.
When it no longer prevents the tear from expanding. If a portion of the patch has come loose, but it is still attached enough to prevent the tear from expanding, the patch is still doing its job.
When mat is removed from dryer, tears should be apparent. Mark the tear with silver marker (included in the starter kit) and remove to designated area for mat patching.
Follow instructions on the EzMatPatch website. Also, assign the mat patching task to someone who follows procedures and instructions.
